Here at The Brick Oven, we strive for excellence! While we try our best to check for accuracy, mistakes sometimes happen. If you experienced a problem please contact us so we can make it right.
For pickup orders: In order to receive a credit, exchange, or refund for your purchase, you must return the food in question to the restaurant. It must be returned the same day you made your purchase. No exceptions. We will not issue credits, remakes, or refunds after the purchase date on your receipt.
For dine-in orders: Please inform your server immediately so they can correct the problem before you leave. Refunds/credits will not be given after you leave the building.
For Uber Eats/Slice: Visit the "Help" section on your app. We cannot refund or exchange third party delivery service orders.
